Cessna has over 45,000 line items – an inventory in excess of $143 million – in stock at their distribution facility in Wichita, Kansas. In addition to the Cessna unique parts, they offer a full line of after-market and re-manufactured parts that fit all general aviation aircraft models. All parts come with FAA Form 8130-3 documentation and are shipped same-day. AOG service is provided for all Service Stations, 24 hours a day, seven days a week to get your aircraft back in the air as quickly as possible.
Headquartered in their Wichita Mid-Continent facility, Cessna’s worldwide service team supports the fleet of our 140,000 propeller-driven Cessna’s. They can provide duplicate Pilot’s Operating Handbooks, Parts and Service Manuals and even compile special engineering documents.
Mid Island is designated as Cessna Customer Care; having achieved the ultimate level a Cessna Service Station can. This provides customers with the highest standards of service from our service network. A clean, bright, comfortable environment where you will receive the most efficient service from factory trained service personnel along with genuine Cessna parts and the comfort of knowing your aircraft has been serviced by the best.
If you should have a problem or question concerning your aircraft, please contact our Service Station Manager, John Coluccio, and he will be happy to assist you. Occasionally a problem may arise that is too complex for a simple solution, which your service center may be unable to resolve. In the event that a problem is not resolved to your complete satisfaction, your service manager will contact a Cessna Field Service Engineer in our area. (www.cessnasupport.com) Cessna Customer Services Center is available to assist the Service Centers to resolve all problems in a timely manner.
In addition to the variety of Cessna we work on, Mid Island A & P mechanics have experience working on many aircraft types: Beechcraft, Piper, Mooney, Grumman, Commander and more. Call us for all of your aircraft parts and service needs.
