From Sunrise Highway
Take Sunrise east or west to Johnson Avenue north. Follow Johnson right into the airport entrance, follow General Aviation signs. Turn left on Schaeffer Drive, right onto Hering Drive. Our main entrance in between the blue hangars, under the Mid Island/NY Jet awning.
From 495 east
Take L.I.E. westbound to exit 60 south. Stay on service road for two blocks, turn left toward L.I. MacArthur Airport signs. Follow this road around the airport the to end. Turn left at the light and take a second left at the next light (454)-stay in left lane. Take the first left at the gas station and proceed through the perimeter fence. Turn right into the airport and left on Hering into our facility. Continue on Hering to the blue hangars, enter at the silver/burgandy Mid Island/NY Jet awning.
From 495 west
From the West, take exit 57. Stay on service road to second light, make a right on route 454, Veterans Highway. Continue for approximately 7 miles, airport entrance will be on the left. Enter airport, follow General Aviation signs. Turn left on Schaeffer Drive and then right on Hering (turn after field of Army helicopters). Main entrance is between two blue hangars, under the Mid Island/NY Jet awning.
